Projects will be evaluated across four dimensions:
Technical Implementation (25%) How well-engineered is the solution? Does the architecture hold up? Is the code clean, thoughtful, and production-aware, or is it held together with duct tape?
Presentation & Demo (25%) Can you clearly communicate what you built and why it matters? A great demo tells a story. Judges will ask hard questions. Know your product cold.
Novelty (25%) Is this a genuinely new idea, or a reshuffling of existing tools? Bonus points for unexpected angles, creative use of AI, and approaches judges haven't seen before.
Impact (25%) If this shipped tomorrow, would it matter? Does it solve a real problem in the Phia ecosystem, or in AI-powered commerce more broadly? Think about scale, stickiness, and user value.
Prizes
🥇 First Place: $5,000. Best overall project across all four criteria.
🥈 Runner Up: $2,500. Second-best project, recognized for strong execution and vision.
